I have recently read about your experience in Vietnam.I am astonish by the work you have done by putting your time and thoughts into this narrative .It gave me a good symmetrization about soldiers when they go to war the things they have to go thought. The way you recount your experience in Vietnam. In the Short story you quoted that "felt lost ,not sure about directions, groping for my helmet and weapon"when I was reading this I noticed that you were fearful, startle and tenths about what was going on in that articular moment. The way you wrote Ambush you gave a worthy description about your experience in Vietnam .But one of my question to you is that durimng the time while you were at war what happend to your platoon did they find each other, were you intimidate that you where by your self ? Well after reading this short story the platoon had spread out in the dense for 5 hours.I accomplish was that some soliderz can have regretful feelings from war and I always thought that soldiers just served their duty without any deplore ful feelings. Thank you for reading my letter i hope you could
